Operator and scope
My Filaments is operated by Mahir Sümer at the address in the Legal Notice. It is a tool for personal filament inventory, print estimates and project tracking. These terms govern the current free service, not any future paid subscription.
Eligibility and account
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter this agreement. Give accurate account/contact information, keep login credentials secure and do not use another person’s account. Use a connected provider only if you are entitled to control that account.
Your content
You retain rights to your uploaded content. You grant only the non-exclusive permission needed to store, process, display to you, back up and delete it to operate this service. No ownership transfer or advertising/training licence is granted. Upload only material you may lawfully use; do not upload unlawful content, malware or unnecessary sensitive information about others.
Responsible use and private catalogs
Do not attack the service, bypass access controls, harvest other users’ data or infringe others’ rights. Your personal brands/types and workspace are private within the application; shared standard catalogs are maintained by the operator. You are responsible for deciding whether your 3D-printing activity and uploaded material are lawful and safe.
Estimates and stock records
Costs, currency conversions, weights and project totals depend on inputs and reference data. They are estimates, not accounting, tax, engineering or safety advice. Check results before relying on them. Explicit project completion and movement corrections change stock as shown in the application. Keep your own copies of important records.
Availability, changes and future prices
We maintain the service with reasonable care but do not promise uninterrupted availability or permanent storage. Necessary maintenance/security changes may affect access. Material changes will be explained in advance where practicable. A future paid plan or materially different use of your data requires separate information and any necessary agreement; these terms do not authorize automatic charges or future tracking.
Suspension and ending use
You may stop using the service and delete your account in Account & Privacy. We may restrict or end access for material violations, security risks or legal requirements, using proportionate measures and notice/reasons where lawful and practicable. If we discontinue the service, we aim to give reasonable notice and an opportunity to export data where possible.
Liability and mandatory rights
We remain liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, injury to life/body/health, and where mandatory law requires it. For simple negligence involving essential contractual duties, liability is limited to the foreseeable loss typical of the agreement; other liability for simple negligence is excluded only to the extent legally permitted. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Applicable law and updates
German law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protection under the law of their habitual residence where applicable. No exclusive court venue is imposed on consumers. Material terms changes will be presented for express acceptance before further workspace use; users may instead export data or delete the account. Contact: support@my-filaments.com.
